I hate paper.
Actually I love paper, but I can’t keep up with it. I can’t keep it organized. It drives me insane!
The more I’m learning about myself (yes, tragically I learn more about me everyday…scary) the more I am learning that I need something to help me keep up with my notes. That helps me organize my notes. I need something that…
- Helps keep me organized
- Syncs my notes with my laptop and my phone (iphone and OTHER smart phones)
- Can keep up with more than just text notes (I want pictures, voice, and more)
- I want to be able to send notes through twitter (because I LOVE twitter)
- And I want it to be stored online (so there’s never a risk of me losing it)
- Oh, and I want it all to be private and free
Impossible you say…?

I need to commit time to checking it out. I just now got a phone that will allow me to upload photos to it. I hear it’ll search text within photos. Super cool.

I started using Evernote then stopped I didn’t really get it. Then I read somewhere on the internet how it recognizes your handwriting and gave it another go and am LOVING it. I took some old school notes at orange and took a picture of those notes and now they are searchable because Evernote recognizes my hand writing. If you saw my handwriting you would be amazed anyone can recognize it. You can use folders for different projects and even import whole web pages with the push of a button. I can’t recommend it enough.
