It’s always fun when we get the chance to give motivational, vision PUMPing, pep talks that challenge people and get them fired up. Its a blessing to GET to do that!
Many times in those moment’s we might even use a cliche or two…only if it fits, of course.
The challenging part is when the cliches come back to bite us…
