I love finding new things out there to view, hear, and read! It’s always fun to hear a different point of view or find something that answers a lot of the questions you’ve been having. I guess that is the greatness that is the world wide web…

So, in that ‘greatness’ I thought I would share a few of the fun things I came across this week and encourage you guys to check it out!

Craig Jutila has a blog…who knew? Craig & his team develop a video curriculum for children’s ministries around the world called, “Empowering Kids.” He talks about it on his blog…check it out!

Podcast from 1234! That’s right! Rob Bradbury & his team at 4 Resources have a podcast (just visit the iTunes store & search for ‘Children’s Ministry 1234‘). Rob & his team are from PlanetShakers Church in Austrailia! Their kid’s area there is called PlanetKids & the material they use (4) is another great curriculum out there that I would suggest checking out!

HillSong curriculum is on the way! Encase you didn’t know already…HillSong is also due to come out with their new curriculum (BiG) very soon (2008 I think)! Dave talks more about it on his blog…here! Check it out & order your copy in advance now!

Well, that’s all I know about right now…maybe you know of some more?

At C3 in Asheville, they announced that Elevate Curriculum would be producing a preschool component in the near future (I think they said they planned to release it at their conference in the spring). I have used Elevate and think this could be powerful as it is difficult to find good preschool curriculum and having curriculum for all ages doing the same theme can be amazing!

the CM team at saddleback, under new leadership, is developing new curriculum and they will either put it out free or for a small subscription cost. I don’t know the timeline on this…you can see current lessons on their all-stars website.
