I’ve decided to take a poll. No seriously, I haven’t, this isn’t some attempt at an April Fools joke (unless I am pulling it on myself too and if that’s the case…I need help and one of those jackets with no arms). Let me explain…
I remember when I was first introduced and pulled into the ‘blogsphere’…it was a great day!
I remember, one of the first questions I had was…who all blogs out there in CM? I asked everyone I knew, did ‘Google’ searches and even tried to follow paths from one CM blog to another but the fact was…there weren’t many out there!
Fortunately hat has changed a lot over the last couple of years and more CM people have begun to check out the ‘blogsphere.’ However, finding CM blogs can still leave most people with a big question mark which is a travesty!
Blogs can be a HUGE resource for anyone who might have ministry questions and/or insights…except when you can’t find them! So, I’ve decided to attempt a new pole to see if it can spur any activity out there in the ‘CM blogsphere.’
If you look to the side column on this page you will see a new pole that is taking place…’CM Blogsphere!’ (Please VOTE)!
The goal is to…
- Find out who is reading what CM blogs out there
- Find out who there in CM is blogging (that I might not even know about)
- Add some hits to some CM blogs out there by getting their stuff out there
I want to ENCOURAGE EVERYONE to please vote and PLEASE ‘ADD AN ANSWER’ (as in, list other CM blogs you read) by clicking on the ‘add an answer’ link to the side)! Add as many as you would like!
Also, vote as often as you like. If Mozilla will only let you vote once, switch to Internet Explorer (only temporary) to vote as many times as you want! I’ve listed a few CM blogs to help us get started but I am hoping to see hat list grow in number and the votes go crazy high!!
See you at the poles!

Thanks for adding the pole to your blog, gave me a chance to check out the other CM bloggers. I even linked some back to my blog page, hope you don’t mind! I figured that people who read mine might want to actually go read a quality blog (lol). I just started blogging a few weeks ago, I was actually encouraged to do so on our trip back from the Unleash conference…the Media crew in our van were more than encouraging (and a little pumped up from their breakout sessions!) and twisted my arm to start one. Funny thing is, I turned out to be the guinea pig - not a one of our Media guys has started blogging yet! Thanks for the post.
