Something we’ve been thinking through is how to BETTER share the weekly WINS with our “office volunteers” & everyone that comes in the offices! Our passion is for them to know the weekly WINS, talk about them together & (for us) to cast vision for how THEY are a HUGE part of these “Jesus WINS” each week!!! :-)

Below is an example of something we’re (organically) trying at our Greenville campus… :-)

We are still learning, but when it comes to “the Scoreboard” we want to make sure EVERYONE knows the wins Jesus is make happen through His Church! If we don’t share it, how will they know?

At the same time, I’d LOVE to hear ideas of what you may be doing weekly to share the wins…

  • What methods have you tried (or dreamed about) using to share what Jesus is doing at your church/campus?
  • What have you found works best?
  • What information do you feel is most important for them to know EVERY week?
  • Maybe you’ve never thought about it, but you have ideas!? Please SHARE! :-)

We all know the most important thing is that we’re doing all we can to OVER-COMMUNICATE what Jesus is doing (for His glory)! My question is, how can we share ideas on the “how?” so even more hear the great news!? :-)

Just what I’m asking… :-)

I started sending weekly emails to the volunteers and in that email I put the wins that each class passed along to me on Sunday as well as any other “wins” I hear about from our staff and the main service. I love this idea though!
