Everyone wants to make an IMPACT with their life. We want to know that somewhere along the way we did something that left an impression, that we made a difference! If we’re honest, the BIGGER the IMPACT we (can) make…the better! 
But wait…
What is it that makes the difference in a contagious IMPACT & one that only lasts for one good deed?
To be clear, I do not know, but I have a theory (”the 3 I’s” — Impact, Influence, Inspire)…
- Our IMPACT must show we care in such a surreal way that it creates INFLUENCE
- Our INFLUENCE enables us to communicate more openly, care more accurately & love more intently (be & share Jesus)
- Our INFLUENCE in turn (through the Holy Spirit) will INSPIRE “them”
- They begin to believe again, experience hope & are INSPIRED to make a change…to make a difference
- INSPIRED people will continue to make an IMPACT
Sound crazy & far fetched? Impossible? Too strategic? Maybe, but isn’t that what Jesus did?
- He made an IMPACT by performing miracles (healing sick, raising dead, feeding thousands)
- His INFLUENCE was/is used to teach them the Gospel message (sermon on the mount)
- His teaching INSPIRED people, they became followers of Him & told everyone they could of His IMPACT on their lives
- They were INSPIRED & they couldn’t help but to IMPACT others accordingly
I’m not claiming this as any sort of SPIRITUAL truth! The truth is, Jesus is the difference maker in wether our IMPACT will ever be infectious! I just thought it was interesting & thought I’d share!
INPIRED people create a contagious & continuous WAKE when their IMPACT creates INFLUENCE & enables us to INSPIRE people with the message of Jesus!
