If you follow me on twitter you know that I started reading a new book this weekend and that I am LOVING it! I was excited about this book when I heard about it from Tony in a blog post he did!
The more I heard about this book the more it excited me! The analogies and comparisons it gives…the insight and the new fresh way of seeing things is radical!

So far I have finished chapter one and I breezed through it clinging on every word! The main idea of the book is to highlight the power of decentralized systems and how quickly they are able adapt to rapid growth.
However, like I have said…I’ve just started it, so I’m not the one to tell you what the book is about! Tony finished the book and gave some great thoughts on it here! Check those out and if this books seems like it would interest you…get it and dig in!
