I also see no defined/limited "job description" with the second pic, allowing for more team work and less of the old "it's not my department" 'tude. What our parents did was not always that great for our lives or kingdom building, why not try something that they wouldn't!?! Also, pic #2 isn't as stuffy. Just saying that's how I roll & IMO!
