KidSpring core values

As some of you may have heard in our first CM breakout at UNLEASH today, we now have “Core Values” in our KidSpring ministry!

Our vision for KidSpring is “Jesus on their level! How we do that is through our core values.

Below you will find 2 print pieces that cast more of that vision and explain our CORE VALUES a little more…

    I love this. Particularly that you’ve kept it simple. In LifeKIDS we identified the values that defined our ministry 7 years ago. But on the other side of that I recognize that we may have too many values emphasized. Seems odd that you could have too many values. But the truth is, if you highlight too many, you decrease the number that are known, upheld and thus valued… which is kind of the point. An area to address and potentially change.
