		<description>I love this.  Particularly that you've kept it simple.  In LifeKIDS we identified the values that defined our ministry 7 years ago.  But on the other side of that I recognize that we may have too many values emphasized.  Seems odd that you could have too many values.  But the truth is, if you highlight too many, you decrease the number that are known, upheld and thus valued... which is kind of the point.  An area to address and potentially change.</description>
